Second time in my life used a second-hand dealer and the experience is just as good if not better than purchasing a new vehicle. The car itself was inspected by a mechanic I use and he found no faults and advised me to purchase. All in all an honest company run by gentlemen.

Purchasing a car without viewing it, has always been ill-advised, and handing over money upfront, to a business you have no knowledge of comes with risks....however we did both of the above...and I have to say, we weren't disappointed or let down in any way. The vehicle was pretty much as described, in excellent condition, it was delivered on time, and communication was first class.....a massive thank you to Alan, Ben, and Roy, for getting this vehicle to the other side of the country in a timely manner...I would not hesitate to purchase from them again you gents

Let's face it going to a used car dealership is going to put the fear of God into most rational human beings. Parting with your hard-earned money for a vehicle you know nothing about will petrify almost all of us as we are in the hands of the dealer. Thank heaven for County Cars for making this a pleasure and not a pain! Absolutely first-rate customer service from a genuine family business from start to finish. My partner and I traveled up from Brighton to Strood and were treated to a masterclass in old-school customer service. Took a Stepwagon out for a drive, and kicked various tyres and every question we asked was met with a knowledgeable answer. I would not hesitate to recommend Count Cars not only for their great products but putting two nervous buyers at ease.
